With the villas’ modern design, high-end amenities, and location at the end of our plot, you truly get the best of both worlds; ultimate comfort with a view on the river, being surrounded by lush greenery and neighbouring rice paddies.

Unique to this villa is the sunken living room; a below-floor level velvet couch area that can be fully customised based on your needs; opt for seating area along the outsides only with wooden steps for easy entrance, or fill up the entire area for a 3.5 meter by 3.5 meter velvet “pit”.

The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ceramics, pans, cooking utensils, blender, wine glasses, purified water filter, and spacious kitchen island and bar. Moreover, each villa has it’s own Sonos Move speaker and 65” flatscreen TV. Outside, each residence has sun loungers and lounge chairs to wind-down in, and experience the sun, breeze, and sounds of surrounding nature.

Moving upstairs; each of the 3 bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom and super soft quality bed-linens (100% Egyptian cotton) and pillows for maximum comfort. The master bedroom also has a private bathtub, with a view of the jungle.

Last but not least; the villa has a spacious rooftop which can be enjoyed at anytime of day - from sunrise yoga, to sunset drinks and barbecue (just ask our staff to set it up).
